Faulty, damaged or open boxed items repaired and ready for resale
We work with OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Distributors, Etailers and Retailers. Servicedek have the ability to take faulty, damaged or open boxed items then repair, re-purpose or recycle items for resale.
On arrival to our operations centre all assets are entered into the Servicedek ERP system, then tagged with barcodes, before they begin the testing process. Once tested all equipment is evaluated and graded.
If the equipment is deemed repairable, its fixed then soak tested before being repackaged. For equipment that is deemed unrepairable a report is written on its condition then posted against that asset on the Servicedek ERP system. Once the consignment has been processed a report is generated and shared with the client.
